It's no wonder many people find it difficult finding time for self-care in the modern world. Through the media and the advice of health professionals, we're told to make sure we spend time to take care of ourselves. We're sold the idea that to achieve self-care it should look and feel a particular way. We know in theory that in we need to take care of ourselves in order to care for others, but this can feel like hard work. I'm here to encourage to to take a more broad and holistic view of your self-care, one that doesn't necessarily cost you extra time or money!
